Our latest-generation technologies allow us to produce prototypes of various materials. Introducing yourself to a customer or to a trade fair, with the exact copy of the product that will leave your production line, allows you to have an immediate feedback.

Prototyping allows you to physically verify the dimensions, material characteristics and applications of your ideas.

Our high-resolution printers offer 12 different materials for prototyping precise consumer products with smooth surfaces and flexible components.
We print down to a resolution of 16 microns. The parts will be true to your CAD drawing, without compromise!
Thanks to certified and traceable materials, we are able to produce prototypes in the following materials: PP - ABS - PA6 - PA12 - BIOCOMPATIBLE - PBT - PLA Thanks to our high production capacity, we are able to produce small pre-premizable batches.

PRODUCTION OF FINISHED AND FUNCTIONAL PARTS IN SMALL BATCHES

Thanks to the unified process, the functional parts come out of the print finished and ready to be coated if necessary or directly to the market. Small production batches are significantly more economical in terms of time and cost than injection moulding production.

PRE-SERIES - TO BE FIRST IN THE MARKET

Being able to make production tooling for small volumes means that you can create prototypes with the same process and materials that you will use for the final product and introduce new products to the market when you are still waiting for the final tooling from the workshop.

PROTOTYPING

Providing the customer with the real part allows to physically verify the dimensions and the related applications before designing and manufacturing the mould, saving on expensive modifications.
